Dosage

Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (approximately 8g) once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Start by taking 1 rounded teaspoon (about 5g) daily. As your body adjusts to the increased fiber intake, gradually increase to 1 tablespoon daily.

For each gram of psyllium, mix with 40 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice or similar aqueous drink). Stir it quickly and drink immediately. Maintain an adequate fluid intake.

Adultes : Prendre 1 cuillère à soupe (environ 8 g) une fois par jour ou selon les instructions de votre professionnel de la santé. Au fur et à mesure que votre corps s'adapte à l'augmentation de l'apport en fibres, augmentez progressivement à 1 cuillère à soupe par jour. Pour chaque gramme de psyllium, mélanger avec 40 ml de liquide (eau, lait, jus de fruits ou boisson aqueuse similaire). Remuez-le rapidement et buvez immédiatement. Maintenir une apport suffisant en liquide. Prendre quelques heures avant ou après la prise d'autres médicaments ou produits de santé naturels. Prendre pendant la journée (pas immédiatement avant le coucher). La dose quotidienne minimale peut être augmentée, jusqu'à la dose quotidienne maximale, jusqu'à ce que l'effet souhaité soit obtenu.
